Each year since 2006, Knack & Le Vif Weekend award one up and coming Belgian designer as Designer Of The Year. The laureat acts as an ambassador of Belgian design towards the international design community.

Our mission at COVERED is to support exceptional designers and makers, to give them a voice, tell their story and help them secure and maintain a spot between the most respected brands in art & design history, we were thrilled to team up with Knack & Le Vif Weekend to support this initiative.

We worked with the designer behind the scenes, to build up toward the official announcement. We made sure a communication strategy was in place and all necessary press materials were prepared. We started press outreach to ensure optimal buzz once his name was announced.
